In NuTurns Navigator we facilitate such soul searching conversations and align the leadership team towards a shared purpose, shared vision, shared language and set of habits that support transformation.

6 STEPS of NuTurns Navigator

NuTurns NavigatorTM is a 2 day process that defines what the next level is for your organization and how to get there. This presentation elaborates how it is done…

STEP 1: What is your purpose?

Facilitated Intervention where all members do table work and jointly agree on the purpose statement and articulate it. Session includes a video of another organization.

Typically clarity on identity (who we are) also gets generated in this discussion. E.g.: Do you identify yourself as a coated steel company or as something else…

STEP 2: Where Do We Want To Go

1. Visualization Process of where we want to be next year
2. Group Work on tables to define Clarity elements and articulate
3. Joint Work on the board to prioritize Clarity areas typically across areas of Revenue, People, Customers, Product, Processes, Technology and Operations
4. One combined statement with 4 to 5 measurable elements

STEP 3: Business Simulation

Participants play a simulated game that helps them realize that most often we have Surviving Mindset instead of Maximising Mindset. When we need to move to the next level the old ways of thinking often become hurdles and block our path.

STEP 4: What is your priority?

After the debrief of Diamonds of Amazonia, departments and functions define their Diamonds (key focus areas/priorities)
The whole group reviews each others’ Diamonds and provides feedback on “What’s really possible?”

STEP 5: What Stops Us

All participants to write individually the obstacles for Clarity.
Show participants that our tendency is to usually focus on external obstacles, we shift participants
through a unique process to internal obstacles
Group work on tables to identify top internal obstacles
Joint Work on the board to finalise the obstacles

STEP 6: How We Will Get There?

Individual Work, Table Work and Group Work to define Next Level Habits
The list of obstacles (Step 5) will be used here to guide participants.
A beautiful video is shown to understand the concept of “wolf habits” and how it shapes the culture
